Your daily horoscope, from your chart
A personalised daily horoscope reads the transits to your own birth chart rather than to your sun sign. Instead of one of twelve texts written in advance, it reports the aspects actually forming today — which planet, which natal placement, and how far from exact — computed from an ephemeris at the moment you load it.
A sun-sign horoscope divides the world into twelve. That is not wrong so much as coarse: it is using one placement out of ten and ignoring where everything else was when you were born. This uses the whole chart, and tells you the orb so you can see how close each contact actually is.
Common questions
What is a personalised daily horoscope?
A reading built from the transits to your own birth chart rather than from your sun sign alone. A sun-sign horoscope gives the same text to everybody born across a whole month; this compares where the planets are today against where they were at your birth, so the contacts it reports are specific to you.
How is this different from a normal daily horoscope?
A normal daily horoscope has twelve possible versions. This one has as many versions as there are birth charts. It reports the actual aspects forming today — which planet, which natal placement, which angle, and how many degrees from exact — rather than a mood written in advance.
Do I need my exact birth time?
Not for most of it. The planetary contacts hold up without one, because nothing except the Moon moves far in a day. What you lose is the house positions and the accuracy of anything involving your natal Moon, which can be out by up to six degrees. The reading says so when a time is missing.
Why do some days have almost nothing in them?
Because some days genuinely have almost nothing in them. Transits are not evenly distributed, and a horoscope that finds something dramatic every single day is not reading a chart. An empty day here is a real result rather than a gap.
Is my birth data stored anywhere?
No. The chart is computed in your browser and your details are kept in that browser's local storage so tomorrow's reading is one click away. Nothing is sent to a server, there is no account, and clearing your site data removes it.
